Quality Control Technician

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about food safety and quality? We're seeking a Quality Control Technician to help ensure products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.



Responsibilities:


Perform product inspections and quality checks


Monitor GMP, HACCP, SOP, and food safety compliance


Test raw materials and finished products


Conduct audits, documentation review, and data collection


Identify quality issues and support corrective actions


Collaborate with production teams to maintain quality standards



Qualifications:


Experience in Quality Control, Food Manufacturing, or Food Safety


Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, BRC, and SOP compliance


Strong attention to detail and analytical skills


Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)


Bilingual English/Spanish preferred


Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a production environment
