As a Quality Control Technician, you’ll play a key role in protecting and enhancing company reputation for premium products—ensuring everything that leaves our facility meets the highest standards.

What You’ll Do
Be the first line of defense for quality by performing incoming inspections and receiving parts into SAP Business One (SAP B1).
Own the inspection process—conduct in-process and final checks including visual, mechanical, and basic electrical evaluations.
Ensure every product meets exact specifications, from measurements to labeling and documentation.
Partner with fellow QC technicians to complete final inspections and keep production moving smoothly.
Stay ahead of the schedule by identifying and prioritizing job bags aligned with production needs.
Deliver confidence to customers by verifying outgoing products and ensuring proper certifications are included.
Take the lead on preparing and submitting First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).
Solve real problems—use tools like 5 Whys and 8D to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

Education & Certifications

Associate degree in Engineering (preferred)
ISO 9001 certification (a plus)

Experience

2+ years in a quality or manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience with measuring tools
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Exposure to lean manufacturing (nice to have)
