We are seeking an early-career Quality Control Inspector for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Manati, PR. This role supports daily laboratory and production quality assurance activities in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality testing, sample handling, documentation accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned physical and functional quality control tests according to approved procedures and work instructions.
- Prepare, label, receive, and manage laboratory samples while maintaining accurate records and traceability.
- Document test results in laboratory records, spreadsheets, and applicable computer systems while following Good Documentation Practices and data integrity requirements.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, materials, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Communicate testing discrepancies, documentation issues, or non-conforming materials to supervision in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other departments to support quality and compliance objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry.
- Ability to follow approved procedures, work instructions, and controlled documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate recordkeeping.
- Understanding of Good Documentation Practices, data integrity, or willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using computer systems, spreadsheets, and laboratory records.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to report discrepancies and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in quality control, laboratory, manufacturing, or a related environment is beneficial, but prior laboratory experience is not required when education and training requirements are met.
