We are seeking an early-career Quality Control Inspector for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Manati, PR. This role supports daily laboratory and production quality assurance activities in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality testing, sample handling, documentation accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.

This is a strong opportunity for a science graduate or quality-focused professional looking to build a career in Quality Control. The position offers hands-on training, exposure to regulated quality systems, and the chance to work with supportive leadership and cross-functional teams in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform assigned physical and functional quality control tests according to approved procedures and work instructions.
- Prepare, label, receive, and manage laboratory samples while maintaining accurate records and traceability.
- Document test results in laboratory records, spreadsheets, and applicable computer systems while following Good Documentation Practices and data integrity requirements.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, materials, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
- Communicate testing discrepancies, documentation issues, or non-conforming materials to supervision in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other departments to support quality and compliance objectives.
