Growing and dynamic Medical company is looking to hire Quality Control Inspector's.
**Company is looking for entry level candidates to experienced individuals who come from manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, consumer electronics, medical devices or similar industries
**Experience using AQL sampling systems, using a CMM or Optical Comparator, and experience using electrical testing equipment
Skills:
-Strong attention to detail, be proficient with measuring tools
Possess the ability to interpret technical Engineering drawings, with a strong mechanical aptitude to allow them to identify non-conformities or defects due the manufacturing process
-Have the technical knowledge and analytical ability to streamline processes to increase efficiencies
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)
-Utilize measurement tools including but not limited to Calipers, Thread Gauges, Micrometers, Surface Gauges, to accurately check dimensions of components
-Interpret Engineering drawings, record measurements, and confirm all dimensions conform to the drawing specifications
-Identify, record, and document any discrepancies between measured dimensions and drawing dimensions
-Notify Engineering and present discrepancy reports detailing any non-conformities
-Use Electrical Testing Equipment such as a Hi-Pot or Megohmmeter to verify conformance of insulation materials to specifications
