Schedule: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Multiple Openings Available
We are seeking detail-oriented Quality Control Inspectors to join a growing manufacturing team in Camarillo. This is a direct hire role with multiple openings, offering the opportunity to play a key part in ensuring high-quality standards for critical products.
What You’ll Do:
• Perform quality inspections at various stages of production (incoming, first article, in-process, and final).
• Approve or reject raw materials based on established quality standards and document results.
• Initiate and document Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) for materials not meeting requirements.
• Conduct pre- and post-inspections of products for the gamma irradiation process.
• Support investigations into non-conformance findings across departments.
• Accurately record inspection results and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Review and release job order documents, ensuring all inspections are properly completed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and comply with all GMP, ISO, and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional training a plus.
• 3+ years of quality control inspection experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or medical device environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, and FDA regulations (21 CFR Parts 210/211/820).
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and good documentation practices.
• Experience with technical documentation, corrective actions, and ERP systems (Syteline preferred).
• Skilled with measurement tools (calipers, rulers, gauges) and strong mathematical ability.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
