We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Quality Control Analyst to join our team in the food manufacturing industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a science-driven professional who is passionate about food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

The Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for performing laboratory testing, monitoring production standards, and ensuring that all products meet company specifications and food safety regulations.


Key Responsibilities:
-Perform routine laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
-Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
-Conduct inspections and document results accurately
-Support food safety programs including HACCP, GMP, and sanitation standards
-Investigate quality issues and assist with corrective actions
-Maintain laboratory equipment and testing records
-Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and company regulations
-Collaborate with production and operations teams to maintain product quality

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Science required (Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or related field)
-Previous quality control or laboratory experience preferred
-Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF, or food safety systems preferred
-Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
