A growing food and beverage production organization in Hanford, CA is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead QA Lab and QC operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily QA Lab activities and QC operations on the production floor.
- Oversee inspections, testing programs, quality checks, and hold/release procedures.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMPs, FSMS, FSSC 22000 standards, and food safety requirements.
- Lead mock recalls, audit preparation, documentation review, and food safety initiatives.
- Train, coach, and mentor QA/QC team members while reinforcing company policies and quality standards.
- Track quality metrics, maintain accurate records, identify trends, and support continuous improvement efforts.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $95,000 to $110,000 per year.

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, food safety systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working with laboratory procedures, production floor quality checks, and documentation standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- HACCP Certification.
- PCQI Certification.
- Experience with FSSC 22000 standards.
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
