We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to help us maintain high-quality standards and manage procurement activities. You’ll work closely with different teams to ensure smooth production, reliable suppliers, and timely deliveries.
What You’ll Do:
Quality Assurance:
Oversee the manufacturing process from inspection to order fulfillment
Collaborate with Engineering and Production to deliver quality products on time and within budget
Review assembly and test procedures for accuracy and efficiency
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions when issues arise
Work with internal teams and outside vendors on parts and assemblies
Participate in product testing and improve production flow
Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Manage in-line quality assurance processes
Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strategic Procurement:
Research and evaluate suppliers for price, quality, and reliability
Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors
Create and process purchase orders following company policies
Monitor inventory and forecast purchasing needs
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Resolve delivery issues or order discrepancies
Maintain strong vendor relationships
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
4+ years in quality control
2+ years in manufacturing
2+ years in purchasing/procurement
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings
Hands-on technical skills and familiarity with QA tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with accurate record keeping
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and bend about 50% of the time
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Comfortable working in both warehouse (no A/C) and office settings (with A/C)
Ability to use office equipment and perform repetitive hand/wrist movements
