$22.00-$27.00 per hour
Are you passionate about compliance, quality improvement, and making a meaningful impact in homeless services? We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to help ensure our programs meet the highest standards of regulatory and contractual compliance.
What You’ll Do:
• Conduct monthly internal audits, including physical and electronic participant file reviews
• Monitor compliance with County, City, State, Federal, and funder requirements
• Identify risks and develop corrective action and prevention strategies
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing audit findings and program performance
• Collaborate with program staff, funders, and community partners
• Support staff training and continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Stay current on regulatory standards and best practices in social services
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in compliance, quality assurance, or social services
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience with HMIS and contract-funded programs is a plus
• Commitment to serving vulnerable and underserved populations
