NOW HIRING: Quality Manager | Advanced Manufacturing Environment
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and strengthen quality systems within a fast-paced industrial manufacturing operation supporting catalyst, precious metals, recycling, and advanced technology product lines.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across manufacturing and quality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead site-wide Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and applicable regulatory standards
• Oversee internal/external audits, customer audits, and inspections
• Drive CAPA initiatives utilizing 8D, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, and root-cause analysis methodologies
• Monitor quality metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
• Manage non-conformance investigations and corrective actions
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, production, maintenance, supply chain, and customer teams
• Support supplier quality initiatives and customer complaint resolution
• Lead quality training and development programs for plant personnel
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Chemistry, or related technical discipline
? Proven leadership experience within manufacturing quality systems
? Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 17025, auditing practices, and compliance standards
? Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CAPA, and statistical process control
? Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background preferred
? Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
