We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Anaheim, CA within the beverage manufacturing industry. In this hands-on QA role, you will support daily quality activities across the production facility, laboratory, and office environment. The team is looking for someone dependable, curious, and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership of accurate work.

You will work closely with quality, production, and laboratory partners while gaining practical experience in GMPs, inspections, documentation, audits, sample handling, and food safety programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily quality assurance activities throughout the production facility, including walkthroughs, inspections, audits, and documentation review.
- Collect, prepare, and submit food, environmental, equipment, water, and air samples to a third-party laboratory.
- Enter, track, and follow up on microbiological testing results, pending lab results, and out-of-specification findings.
- Assist with food safety and quality programs, including internal audits, traceability exercises, mock recalls, corrective actions, and inspections.
- Maintain accurate quality records, spreadsheets, dashboards, Certificates of Analysis, retain samples, shelf-life testing records, and document control materials.
- Communicate with quality, production, laboratory partners, and other departments to help resolve issues promptly and support continuous improvement.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Range: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Location: Anaheim, CA 92807.
- Support food safety and quality assurance activities in a production, laboratory, and office environment.
- Conduct facility walkthroughs and assist with GMP, sanitation, food safety, and quality inspections.
- Track quality data, testing results, documentation, samples, reports, and corrective actions.
- Assist with audits, traceability exercises, mock recalls, COAs, SOP updates, and continuous improvement projects.
- Bilingual English and Spanish required.
- Less than 1 year of experience is acceptable, with willingness to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, computer systems, Google Sheets, and/or Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable handling, preparing, and submitting laboratory samples.
- Dependable, curious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn food safety and quality assurance processes.
- Able to communicate clearly, ask questions, follow through, and speak up when issues are identified.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, including facility walkthroughs and audits.
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, climb stairs, and lift, push, or move up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working around moving machinery, conveyors, production equipment, laboratory equipment, hot surfaces, steam, cold storage areas, and cleaning or sanitizing chemicals.
- Willing and able to wear required PPE, which may include safety glasses or goggles, gloves, hairnet, and steel-toed shoes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Food or beverage manufacturing experience.
- Food science, quality assurance, food safety, or related experience.
- Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, Preventive Controls, or SQF.
- Experience with manufacturing or quality management systems.
- Experience participating in facility inspections, internal audits, traceability exercises, or mock recalls.
- Experience building spreadsheets, dashboards, trackers, or automated reports.
