Quality Auditor Associate (3rd Shift – Onsite)

Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Start Date: Target start of September 8
Employment Type: Contingent / Contract
Pay Rate: $33–$35/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Auditor Associate to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations on the overnight shift. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), internal quality standards, and regulatory requirements through hands-on auditing, documentation review, and product sampling activities.
This is a fully onsite position within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform sampling and delivery of intermediate and finished pharmaceutical products
Assist with retain sample management in accordance with established procedures
Conduct monthly GMP audits and batch-specific room audits
Perform in-process and completed batch record reviews for commercial manufacturing
Review completed swab data and support room and equipment release activities
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations
Perform additional related duties as assigned
Materials & Work Environment
This role involves hands-on handling of pharmaceutical drug products, including:
Topical patches, ointments, gels, and creams
Oral liquid dosage forms (oral suspensions)
Combination products such as nasal sprays, pump products, and vaginal applicators
Products may include non-controlled substances, DEA Schedule III and IV substances, and hormonal products.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a regulated environment, such as pharmaceutical, medical device, nutraceutical, or food processing industries
Basic understanding of cGMP and its application in a production environment
Associate’s degree or higher (or equivalent experience) preferred
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with LMS, EDMS, and ERP systems
Ability to work independently, organize tasks, and manage priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and management
High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
Work Schedule & Physical Requirements
Night shift (3rd shift) onsite role
Ability to meet physical requirements, including:
Lifting up to 50 pounds
Vision, hearing, and respiratory evaluations
Pre-Employment Requirements
11-panel drug screen including fentanyl
Basic background check
Medical screening, including vision, hearing, spirometry, and lifting assessment
