?? About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Technician to join our team in a long-term, temp-to-hire capacity. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in quality assurance who is ready to take initiative and grow within a supportive environment.

? Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect raw materials, verifying quantities against packing slips
Use scales and calipers to perform precise measurements
Read and interpret mechanical drawings
Generate quality reports and maintain accurate records
Scan and upload documentation into the ERP system
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality standards are met
??? Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience using calipers and reading mechanical drawings is a strong plus
Familiarity with ERP systems preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-sufficient, driven, and takes initiative
Willingness to learn and adapt with training provided
