Quality Analyst (Bilingual English/Spanish)

-Position Summary
This role is responsible for establishing, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing quality control standards within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong quality background, personal care or OTC manufacturing experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. This position plays a key role in conducting investigations, performing root cause analysis, managing non-conformance reports, addressing customer complaints, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with cGMP and quality standards. 

-Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field (OTC or Personal Care manufacturing experience preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience conducting quality inspections, audits, investigations, and testing.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, cGMP regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience with root cause analysis, CAPA, non-conformance investigations, and customer complaint resolution.
• Proficiency with QA databases, Microsoft Office Suite, and quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain documentation and records in accordance with GMP requirements.
• Conduct investigations into quality issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), customer complaints, and out-of-specification (OOS) events.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, cGMPs, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Perform regular internal audits within manufacturing, compounding, and production operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Develop, review, and revise SOPs, protocols, technical reports, and quality documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.
• Provide training to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
