The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products—specifically those made from natural rubber, silicone, and neoprene—meet strict quality and regulatory standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, experience with precision measurement tools (such as calipers and micrometers), and the ability to read blueprints.

Key Responsibilities
-Inspection & Testing: Conduct visual and dimensional inspections for Receiving, First Article, In-Process, and Final stages using precision instruments.
-Documentation: Record inspection results, quality issues, and corrective actions with accuracy.
-Compliance: Ensure adherence to aerospace standards and regulatory requirements, including FAA, AS9100D, and ISO 9001:2015.
-Defect Identification: Detect and document non-conformities and collaborate with the team on corrective actions.
-Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and warehouse operations.
