PAY RATE IS $17.50 AN HOUR
Job duties
• Inspects incoming parts and assemblies according to inspection procedures
• Performs in-process inspection of designated assemblies during manufacturing
• Inspects final product for Q.C. release prior to shipping
• Assists in investigation of non-conformances in mechanical assemblies.
• Initiate process for returning defective materials to vendor
• Inspect incoming customer units
• Review calibration certificates for accuracy
• Ability to use calipers, drop meters, and conduct physical inspections.
• Must follow procedures established in compliance with ISO 9001
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalency (required)
• Experience: 1 year manufacturing experience (required). Two years relevant quality experience (preferred).
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certified (preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills: verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• History of outstanding attendance and reliability
• Excellent English writing and math skills
