Receiving:
• Scan through the daily Receivers to ensure that they are properly matched to the correct Purchase Order Ensure that each Packing Slip is scanned and saved into the correct folder on the Public Server.
• Ensure that each Packing Slip is recorded in the Receiving Log.
Accounts Payable:
• Match the Invoices Received to the correct Packing Slip.
• Prepare each Batch of Invoices for Manager Approval. Process/Enter each Invoice into the Operating System.
Purchasing:
• Assist with the Purchasing Responsibilities.
• Generate Purchase Orders and forward to the Vendor.
• Match the Order Acknowledgement/Confirmation to each Purchase Order.
• Follow up on Backorders.
