We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement efforts, with a focus on sourcing raw materials, packaging, and production-related components that meet quality, cost, and delivery standards.

Qualifications:
5+ years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in consumer products, health, beauty, or related sectors)
Experience sourcing raw materials and custom packaging components
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the purchasing function with responsibility for sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships
Identify and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, packaging components, and indirect goods
Develop purchasing strategies that align with production schedules and inventory goals
Collaborate closely with operations, R&D, and planning teams to ensure timely procurement and support new product launches

Salary:
$57-$67/hourly DOE
