We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement operations, vendor management, and strategic sourcing. This role is responsible for driving cost efficiency, ensuring supplier performance, and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Manage all purchasing and procurement activities
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms
Monitor supplier performance, delivery, and quality
Analyze purchasing data, market trends, and inventory needs
Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations
Collaborate with finance and operations on budgeting and forecasting
Improve procurement processes and systems
Lead or support purchasing staff as applicable
Qualifications (Required)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
5+ years of purchasing/procurement experience
Management or leadership experience required
Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills
Experience with ERP or procurement systems
