Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator
Location: Lake Park, FL 33403
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Compensation: $21-26/hr – depending on experience
Employment Type: Direct Hire / Temp-to-Hire

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to join our client’s team. This role is critical in maintaining accurate purchasing and inventory processes, supporting smooth operations across supply chain, production, and accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities
• Issue and manage purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Track and monitor inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and report shortages
• Maintain and strengthen vendor relationships, following up on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and pricing
• Provide purchasing and operational support through data entry, reporting, and documentation
• Collaborate with accounting, warehouse, and production teams to ensure materials flow smoothly
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support vendor negotiations

Qualifications
• 2–3+ years of purchasing, procurement, or inventory management experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills with proven vendor management experience
• Detail-oriented, problem solver, able to meet deadlines consistently
