We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our procurement operations by processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that all materials and supplies are available to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
-Create and process purchase orders according to departmental requests.
-Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier information.
-Verify received materials against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
-Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, pricing, and availability.
-Assist in generating purchasing reports and inventory analysis.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
-1–3 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or administrative roles.
- Bilingual.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
