This position is responsible for evaluating and maintaining supplier quality standards, managing procurement activities, and overseeing and maintaining inventory in the stockroom.

Essential Job Functions:
• Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
• Create and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future purchasing needs.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery and for accuracy and quality.
• Resolve issues related to delivery delays, damaged goods, credits, or incorrect orders.
•Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Suggest improvements to inventory control procedures to minimize waste and shortages for management approval and implementation.
