We are a growing cloud-based accounting firm seeking a Client Service Manager / Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage bookkeeping and advisory support for a portfolio of small business clients. What You'll Do
✅ Manage full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
✅ Perform account reconciliations and month-end close activities
✅ Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
✅ Process payroll and assist with W-2 and 1099 reporting
✅ Prepare and file sales tax reports
✅ Support clients with QuickBooks Online and related accounting systems
✅ Build trusted relationships and serve as the primary accounting contact for assigned clients
What We're Looking For
✔ 2+ years of public accounting, CPA firm, Client Accounting Services (CAS), or outsourced bookkeeping experience.
✔ Strong QuickBooks Online experience required
✔ Experience with payroll processing and sales tax filings
✔ Knowledge of month-end close and financial reporting
✔ Strong communication and client service skills
✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
