We are a growing cloud-based accounting firm seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to provide accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory support to a portfolio of small business clients.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a client-facing environment and takes ownership of delivering accurate, timely financial information.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
Perform monthly closes, reconciliations, and adjusting journal entries
Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and reports
Process payroll and support reporting
Prepare and file sales tax returns
Serve as the primary accounting contact for assigned clients
Support clients with QuickBooks Online and related cloud-based applications
Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and financial guidance
Required Qualifications
✅ 2+ years of public accounting, or CPA firm experience REQUIRED
✅ Strong QuickBooks Online experience
✅ Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
✅ Full-cycle bookkeeping and month-end close experience
✅ Payroll processing and sales tax filing experience
✅ Strong understanding of financial statements and general ledger accounting
✅ Excellent client service, communication, and organizational skills
✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience in a paperless, cloud-based accounting environment
Experience supporting multiple small business clients across various industries
