We are seeking a Proposal Lead to manage the full lifecycle of proposal efforts within the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry.

This role is central to producing compelling proposals, statements of qualifications, and presentations that reflect client-focused strategies and competitive messaging. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in coordinating complex projects across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities Lead the development of proposals for RFQs and RFPs, including design-build, CMAR, IPD, IFOA, and competitive pursuits. Translate client “win themes” into clear and persuasive proposal content.
Facilitate kickoff sessions, set schedules, and coordinate team contributions.
Write, edit, and format proposal sections for clarity, accuracy, and visual appeal.
Develop interview materials and client-facing presentations.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and business development deliverables.
Track proposal activity and update pursuit databases.
Mentor and support proposal coordinators, strengthening team capabilities.
Conduct research on clients, markets, and trends to enhance proposal strategy.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.
10+ years of experience in A/E/C marketing or proposals, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/management role-

Preferred.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Familiarity with CRM platforms.
Strong organizational and time management skills. Understanding of construction terms, project delivery methods, and industry processes. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
