Overview: Seeking a dedicated Property and Casualty Support Specialist to provide advanced customer service and technical support across our suite of property and casualty products. This role is essential in ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and product expertise.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma required
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or insurance-related experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, call center with inbound/outbound calling
• Ability to manage multiple systems and maintain detailed records
• Commitment to client satisfaction and continuous learning
• Strong computer skills and competence in Microsoft office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-level support to internal staff and external clients for products including Workers’ Compensation, ERISA Bonds, BOP, and EPLI
• Maintain expert knowledge of Agency products and services
• Assist users with technical product inquiries and troubleshoot issues
• Research and resolve service-related concerns from clients and internal teams
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate personnel when necessary
• Respond to inbound and outbound calls related to Property & Casualty products and Workers’ Compensation Payment Services
• Document all communications accurately and thoroughly
• Utilize internal systems (HRIS, Online Reporting System) and external carrier/bureau websites to manage client inquiries
• Recommend process improvements and contribute to procedural enhancements
• Foster professional relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders
• Stay informed on regulatory updates, policy changes, and industry developments
• Participate in training sessions and assigned projects
• Perform other duties as assigned
