In this role you will manage client inquiries, assist with policies and coverage questions, and ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver quality service to clients via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Develop and maintain knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) products and services, including: Business Owner’s Policies (BOP), General Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers’ Compensation, ERISA Bonds, Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI).
Utilize systems and software such as HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS to manage client accounts.
Document all client interactions clearly and completely in the appropriate systems.
Participate in team projects, training, and ongoing professional development.
Assist clients with common inquiries, including policy updates, certificate requests, premium explanations, employee additions to workers’ comp, and claims guidance.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous customer service or insurance support experience preferred.
Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance, Workers’ Compensation, ERISA bonds, and EPLI preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or insurance software preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client requests efficiently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
