We’re seeking a Bilingual Property Management Specialist to join our team in Concord, CA. This temporary role with potential extension offers a stable schedule for candidates with strong leasing and administrative skills and fluent Spanish.
Responsibilities
Assist tenants and prospects with inquiries, leasing paperwork, and property tours
Process rental applications, input work orders, and coordinate with maintenance teams
Manage phones, filing, and data entry while maintaining accurate records
Qualifications
1–2 years leasing/property management experience required
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and property management software (Yardi/RentCafe preferred)
Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory)
Strong organizational and communication skills; reliable and detail-oriented
