Requirements
MUST HAVE Minimum 1 year of consecutive Property Management experience
MUST HAVE AppFolio software experience
Spanish bilingual preferred

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day property operations, including tenant relations and lease administration
Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
Oversee rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
Handle on-call responsibilities as needed during business hours

Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $25–$30/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, regular business hours (on-call as needed)
