We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, tenant relations, budgeting, and maintenance for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at balancing ownership objectives with tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of commercial property operations, including lease administration, tenant communication, and vendor coordination
Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports
Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations and company standards
Oversee repairs, maintenance projects, and capital improvements
Negotiate and enforce lease terms, renewals, and rent collections
Build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and ownership groups
Qualifications:
Commercial Property Management experience is REQUIRED — residential or HOA-only experience will not be considered
Strong knowledge of lease administration and property financials
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
