Our client is a prominent real estate investment and management firm who is looking for a Property Manager.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience with Class A commercial buildings. They will also have to have recent experience with CapEx projects and tenant improvement projects. This experience is a must.
This role is close to the Buckhead area. Please see the description below.
Requirements:
Act as main contact for tenants; ensure timely rent collection, issue resolution, and maintain strong relationships.
Conduct regular property inspections to uphold service and appearance standards.
Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and lease administration.
Manage service requests via work order system for timely resolution.
Oversee vendors and contractors, ensuring contract compliance and insurance requirements.
Assist General Manager with budgeting, invoice approval, and expense control.
Monitor accounts receivable and manage tenant defaults.
Support tenant improvement projects by reviewing plans, obtaining bids, and managing timelines and budgets.
Maintain emergency procedures, safety systems, and code compliance.
Improve operations by evaluating processes and implementing best practices.
Maintain tenant satisfaction through visits, communication, and problem-solving.
Collaborate with leasing, engineering, and admin teams for smooth operations.
Complete other assigned tasks to support property success.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years in commercial property management, office focus preferred.
Experience managing construction projects.
Purpose-driven with strong urgency.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in MRI and Nexus accounting software.
