Property Manager

Full-Time | Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential property in Dallas. This role is responsible for property operations, resident relations, leasing, maintenance coordination, compliance, budgeting, and administrative duties.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the assigned property
Coordinate maintenance requests, preventive maintenance, and unit turns
Conduct property inspections and prepare for HUD REAC inspections
Show and lease units to prospective residents
Manage move-ins, move-outs, transfers, and eviction processes
Enforce lease compliance and address resident concerns
Track rent collections, delinquency reports, and prepare lease violation documentation
Coordinate with service providers, security personnel, and maintenance staff
Maintain resident files, reports, databases, and work orders
Walk grounds daily to ensure the property is safe and well maintained
Qualifications
Previous property management experience required
Affordable housing or HUD experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Experience with leasing, rent collections, and resident relations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
