We are seeking an experienced Commercial & Residential Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties. This role involves managing tenant relations, handling financial responsibilities, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all legal regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, financial, and communication skills to maintain and enhance property value for owners.
Some of the responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

-Screen and select new tenants while ensuring great customer service
-Prepare and manage lease agreements and renewal
-Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant concern
-Handle evictions and legal proceedings when necessary
-Collect rent and manage payment system
-Prepare and monitor operating budgets
-Generate financial statements and reports for owners
-Maximize rental income and control operating expenses
-Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair
-Hire and manage contractors, vendors, and service provider
-Ensure properties remain in excellent condition and address emergencies prompt
-Implement maintenance plans and property upgrades
-Advertise vacancies and conduct property showings
-Perform market research on rental rates and trends
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
-Strong organizational and time management abilities
-Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
-Proficiency in financial management and bookkeeping
-Ability to respond quickly to property emergencies
