Immediate need for a Property Manager seeking to work for a small property management office.

We’re looking for a Property Manager who can confidently oversee both residential and commercial properties while delivering an exceptional experience to tenants and owners. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the chance to wear many hats.

What You’ll Do:

-Tenant Relations & Leasing

-Build strong relationships with tenants

-Screen applicants, prepare leases, and manage renewals

-Market vacancies and show units to prospective renters

-Handle concerns with professionalism and proactive solutions

-Financial Management

-Collect rent and manage payment systems

-Handle budgeting, invoice processing, and bill payments

-Prepare financial reports for owners

-Maximize property performance and rental income

-Property Operations

-Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service vendors

-Manage contractors and oversee property upkeep

-Respond to emergencies and ensure properties remain in excellent condition

-Plan and execute maintenance schedules and upgrades

-Legal & Compliance

-Stay informed on real estate and fair housing laws

-Enforce lease terms and manage violations

-Support legal processes when needed
