• Temporary / Potential to FTC
• Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Fri half day)
• Pay to $23/hr

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Property Manager to oversee daily operations of residential housing. If you’re passionate about keeping communities safe, clean, and well-managed—this is your chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

Manage leasing, inspections, and resident relations
Coordinate maintenance and ensure property standards
Monitor budgets, rent collection, and compliance
Handle move-ins, move-outs, and lease enforcement
Support residents and collaborate with service providers


What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in property management or housing operations
Ability to multitask and stay organized
