Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Property Manager to oversee daily operations of one or more residential properties. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and a proven track record in leasing and property management. You will be responsible for leasing activities, tenant relations, budgeting, maintenance coordination, and ensuring overall property performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all leasing operations including marketing, showings, tenant screening, and lease preparation

Ensure high occupancy rates through strategic marketing and resident retention initiatives

Manage day-to-day property operations including maintenance requests, inspections, and vendor coordination

Maintain excellent resident relations and respond promptly to tenant inquiries or concerns

Enforce lease agreements and manage rent collections, delinquencies, and renewals

Prepare monthly financial and occupancy reports for senior management

Monitor property expenses and adhere to budgetary guidelines

Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and property management laws

Lead and train on-site leasing and maintenance staff as needed

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in residential property or leasing management

Strong understanding of leasing laws, fair housing, and landlord/tenant regulations

Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium)

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and a proactive management style

Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
