Key Responsibilities:

-Manage daily property operations, ensuring smooth communication between tenants, vendors, and management.

-Perform accurate data entry and database management.

-Verify and assess information from multiple sources with attention to detail.

-Handle conflict resolution professionally and maintain composure in challenging situations.

-Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.

-Work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage complex workloads efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent.

-Strong organizational skills and experience with data entry.

-Ability to verify multiple information sources accurately.

-Demonstrated conflict management and communication skills.

-Commitment to working with diverse populations.

-Ability to work independently and take initiative.

-Acceptable background check including criminal history.

Desired Qualifications:

-Experience with housing software, particularly Yardi.

-Prior customer service experience.

-Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
