Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Santa Barbara, CA
Pay Range: $25–$33 per hour (DOE)

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for property management and tenant relations? We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties in the beautiful Santa Barbara area.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, move-ins/outs, and ongoing communication
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are upheld
Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure timely rent collection
Enforce property rules and regulations while maintaining positive tenant relations
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
Qualifications:
2+ years of property management experience preferred
Knowledge of fair housing laws and California landlord/tenant regulations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Proficiency in property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, or similar)
Reliable transportation and a valid CA driver’s license
