Job Type: Temp to Perm

Pay Range- $25hr - $27/hr

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Property Manager with experience managing Section 8 and HUD-subsidized properties.

Position Overview:
The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned affordable housing property, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations, maximizing occupancy, maintaining financial health, and delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee all daily operations of the property, including leasing, rent collection, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and regulatory compliance.

-Maintain full compliance with HUD, Section 8, and other affordable housing program regulations.

-Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the community is safe, clean, and well-maintained.

-Complete annual and interim recertifications accurately and timely.

-Ensure vacancies are minimized by developing effective marketing and leasing strategies.

-Handle resident complaints, concerns, and disputes professionally and in a timely manner.

-Supervise onsite maintenance and administrative staff.

-Maintain accurate resident files and property records in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in property management, preferably in Section 8 or HUD-assisted housing.

-Strong knowledge of HUD regulations and other affordable housing programs.

-Excellent organizational and communication skills.

-Proficient with property management software

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
