New Direct Hire Opportunity: Commercial Assistant Property Manager | Encino Area
We have an exciting Direct Hire opportunity for a Commercial Assistant Property Manager / Property Coordinator or Sharp Property Admin supporting a portfolio of three commercial properties in the San Fernando Valley, with the primary location based in Encino, CA. This is a great role for someone with recent commercial property management experience who enjoys staying organized, supporting tenants, and working closely with leadership to keep operations running smoothly.
Salary: $60,000 – $66,000 DOE
Location: Encino, CA (supporting 3 Valley properties)
Systems: Experience with Yardi or MRI required (they will be using both)
What You'll Be Doing
Request, collect, and maintain Tenant and Vendor COIs
Create Purchase Orders and Contracts using company templates
Code invoices and batch documentation before submitting to Accounting
Coordinate tenant events, holiday gifts, and seasonal décor
Issue rent invoices and assist with light collections
Support the creation of property budgets alongside the Portfolio Manager
Complete lease abstracts
Opportunity to attend CapEx and Tenant Improvement construction meetings and property walks for those interested in growing further in property management
