Property Management Administrative Assistant
Miami Beach, FL (1691 Michigan Ave)
$30–$33/hr | Full-time | Long-term Temp
Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
We’re seeking a polished, professional Administrative Assistant to support a Class A commercial office property. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to provide high-quality service to tenants and vendors.
Must pass background check and drug test prior to start.
Commercial real estate experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support: phones, reports, filing, scheduling, office supply management
Assist with lease administration and tenant communication
Process invoices, purchase orders, bill-backs, and expense reports
Coordinate vendor bids, contracts, and insurance certificates
Maintain work order system and prepare monthly reports
Support monthly/quarterly reporting and annual budgeting
Qualifications
Experience in commercial real estate highly preferred
Knowledge of basic accounting and invoice processing
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office; organized and detail-oriented
Professional, polished, and well-spoken
