We are seeking a Property Maintenance Tech-Piru for a direct hire opportunity supporting a residential housing community in Piru, CA. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and basic carpentry.
- Complete apartment turnarounds, make-ready units, and repair work to prepare homes for new residents.
- Conduct preventive maintenance, routine property inspections, and safety checks.
- Maintain common areas, grounds, exterior spaces, and overall curb appeal.
- Respond professionally to resident maintenance requests and occasional after-hours emergencies.
- Coordinate with property management, residents, and vendors to complete work efficiently and with strong customer service.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $21 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Job Type: Direct hire.

- Valid California Driver's License required.
- Clean DMV record required.
- Current auto insurance required.
- Ability to pass background and drug screening.
- Reliable, self-motivated, safety-minded, and customer-service oriented.
- Ability to communicate professionally with residents, management, and vendors.
- Bilingual English and Spanish.
