Job Summary

A well-established insurance agency in the Bossier City, LA area is seeking a motivated Property Insurance Sales Representative to join a customer-focused sales and account service team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who currently holds a Property and Casualty license or is interested in building a long-term career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and service customer accounts with professionalism, accuracy, and timely follow-up.
- Review client policies to evaluate coverage needs and identify potential gaps.
- Recommend coverage solutions based on client goals, policy reviews, and account needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and service.
- Assist with policy updates, renewals, documentation, and general customer inquiries.
- Support agency growth through customer service, account development, and relationship-based sales activity.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $17 per hour.
- Commission opportunities available upon hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Service and maintain property and casualty insurance customer accounts.
- Review policies, identify coverage needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support renewals, policy updates, documentation, and customer inquiries.
- Build client relationships while contributing to sales and account growth.

- Current Property and Casualty license or active interest in obtaining one.
- Less than 1 year of experience accepted.
- Strong customer service, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to review details accurately and maintain organized account documentation.
- Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in an office environment.
- Interest in insurance sales, client service, and long-term career growth.

Preferred Qualifications

- Active Property and Casualty license.
- Prior experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or account support.
- Comfortable discussing coverage options and identifying customer needs.
- Motivated by commission opportunities and relationship-based sales growth.
