Position Summary:
We are partnering with a growing, stable real estate company to find a Property Claims Manager. This role is responsible for managing complex property claims from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution while protecting financial and physical assets. It is a high-visibility position that requires strong project management, sharp judgment, and a high level of accountability. The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of property-related claims, working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a professional approach to communication and service when interacting with tenants, associates, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Own full-cycle property claims—from intake through final resolution and recovery.
* Monitor claims financials, including costs, insurance coverage, subrogation, and vendor billing.
* Lead projects involving multiple stakeholders, including adjusters, engineers, operations, finance, and legal.
* Identify process improvements to drive efficiency, control costs, and ensure timely outcomes.
* Negotiate with contractors and vendors to protect assets and budgets.
* Maintain accurate documentation, provide timely updates, and produce polished reports.
* Occasional travel may be required to support inspections or vendor meetings.

Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of property claims leadership, including handling complex losses.
* Knowledge of construction methods and restoration oversight is preferred.
* Strong communicator and negotiator, skilled at managing multiple stakeholders.
* Proficient in Excel and comfortable learning claims management systems.
* Detail-focused, decisive, and dependable; trusted for sound judgment.
* Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
