We are seeking a motivated Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Professional for a direct hire opportunity in Bossier City, LA, serving the Shreveport and Bossier City market. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service an established book of business with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Conduct insurance coverage reviews to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for clients.
- Provide consultative Property & Casualty insurance recommendations based on client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through responsiveness, trust, and consistent follow-up.
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, questions, and service requests.
- Support new business growth through proactive client conversations and relationship development.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $37,400 annually.
- Salary range: $37,000 to $45,000 per year.
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential based on performance.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Bossier City, LA, serving the Shreveport and Bossier City area.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage and service an established Property & Casualty insurance book of business.
- Conduct coverage reviews and identify client insurance needs.
- Support renewals, policy changes, account service, and new business growth.
- Build strong client relationships through consultative sales and follow-up.
- Active Property & Casualty license, or a strong commitment to obtain the license quickly.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience preferred, ideally in insurance sales, account management, business development, or a related client-facing role.
- Proven ability or strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional relationship-building and client service skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, accountable, and organized.
- Career-focused mindset with a desire for stability, growth, and long-term success in the insurance industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Property & Casualty insurance sales or insurance account management.
- Experience managing client renewals, coverage reviews, and policy service requests.
- Familiarity with personal lines or commercial lines insurance products.
- Demonstrated success developing new business or growing an existing book of business.
