We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic insurance team. In this role, you’ll serve our high-end clientele, providing exceptional service and leveraging your insurance expertise to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. What You’ll Do Build client relationships:

Strengthen retention and product loyalty through outstanding service. Follow up with clients: Ensure satisfaction and progress toward successful sales closure. Manage policies: Process payments, update policies, handle claims, and endorsements. Issue documentation: Provide Certificates of Insurance (COI) and other required documents. Communicate effectively: Answer calls, schedule appointments, and maintain prompt client communication. Process renewals: Handle renewals based on client updates and conditions.

What We’re Looking For
Property & Casualty License required (not mandatory to apply—we reimburse licensing).

Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bilingual Spanish preferred.
