Job Title: Property Casualty Claims Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a Property Casualty Claims Representative to manage and resolve insurance claims from start to finish. You will ensure claims are handled efficiently, fairly, and in line with policy terms, delivering excellent customer service to policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders.
Key Requirements (Must-Haves):
Prior property/casualty adjusting experience is REQUIRED. Verifiable experience only.
Candidates must already understand the basics of claims handling. Training will focus on company policies, products, and systems.
Active state adjuster licenses are a plus.
All levels of experience will be considered.
Primary Responsibilities:
Investigate and evaluate claims, including coverage, damages, and liability
Communicate with policyholders, agents, legal representatives, and other stakeholders
Negotiate settlements within policy limits
Document all communications and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance
Collaborate with legal, underwriting, and other departments on complex claims
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and state-specific requirements
Provide professional, responsive, and empathetic customer service
