Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused Property Assistant to support property management operations and serve as a point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Assist with tenant communications and service requests

Support lease documentation and property records

Coordinate vendors and track work orders

Assist with move-ins/move-outs and inspections

Provide administrative support to property management staff

Requirements

1–2 years of administrative or property-related experience preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Must meet minimum qualifications to be considered
