Title: Property Administrator

About the Role:
We’re working with a respected property management company seeking a Property Administrator to support daily operations across a portfolio of commercial properties.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work, tenant interaction, and coordination with vendors and internal teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support lease administration and tenant communications
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
- Track documentation, contracts, and property records
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, and general office operations
- Partner with property managers to keep operations running smoothly
What They’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of administrative or property management experience
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
