What You’ll Do
Manage property-level accounting including bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasts, tenant billing, and accounts payable.
Prepare financial statements, analytics, and reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders.
Support audits, tax returns, and special projects.
Collaborate with property managers, asset managers, and corporate teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (Accounting or Finance preferred); CPA a plus.
5+ years of property accounting experience in real estate.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and operational accounting.
Proficiency with Excel and real estate accounting software.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
